The Problem

To create a distributed data warehouse and a dashboard/Tear Sheet in order to analyze various type real estate data. The client was looking for an integrated solution that could track the whole set of data in a single dashboard view with various filtered criteria.

Process

• Built the complete data layer by ingesting data from multiple data sources into ETL and writing dotnet based applications to build distributed database which would act as a single source.
• Stored all data in data-Mart application which consists of different databases.
• OLAP is exposed to Tableau as well as to PIVOT in order to generate the customized reports.

• Built a distributed DATAMART platforms to stored data in a standard format as per client’s requirements.
• Generated different customized reports using Tableau and PIVOT in web-based platform.
